  7. These plug-ins support Jef Poskanzer's Portable Bitmap file formats.
  8. The import plug-in will read PBM, PGM and PPM files in either text or
  9. RAWBITS mode.  The export plug-in will write PBM, PGM or PPM files, but
  10. only in RAWBITS mode (no text).
  11. For documentation on the Portable Bitmap file formats, see the PBM, PGM
  12. and PPM man pages (PBM.5, PGM.5, PPM.5).  (assuming you have a unix
  13. system with the full PBM distribution)

  15. I have tried to make these plug-ins as flexible and general as possible,
  16. and have included error messages wherever possible.
